So....

I'm certain you guys are wondering what the heck is going on, why isn't there a new chapter yada yada.

The reason is.... simply put, life. Some shit happened, then school work happened, then orange is the new black season 3 came out, then more shit happened, then now im on my last week of 2 summer classes which gives me a shitload of projects and exam to study for... so once I'm done with these projects and the exam, it's time to find a job and translate and 1 more summer class left.

I have chapter 30 around 80% completed. Should be done by tomorrow. I will catch up to all missed chapters (total of 8 of them for Lu Bu and 4 for my new project as of current) once I have a bit more time.

hey man, I have a life. I'm broke and have no job.

Show some pity, I'm trying to pass my classes, spend some time with my family and will be job hunting soon...




ps. If anyone knows anyone hiring an engineer around Chicagoland area, hook me up!

    Sorry to say, but this has been going on for months. At this point, I have pretty much lost faith that you can handle the workload. As you said, 6 hours to translate a single chapter while trying to do all of the things your life entails is impractical. And quite frankly, it's not going to get easier later on; it'll get harder.

    Thanks for the update, I don't really so a problem at all, you are willing to spend your time translating this and I appreciate it.
    Slow or fast , doesn't matter if you are still doing it. Good luck with the exams and finding a good job.
    If you decide to quit, well just let us know

      It would take as long to edit a google translation. There's just way too much information lost in a google translation and I'd have to edit it sentence by sentence. Thanks for offering though.

    Well I just wrote a big message to explain a few things and say thanks for starting this, but hitting the preview button erased it all and I am too lazy to do it again.

    I have used systranet to read all the chapters released so far by the author. If this story can be translated for a few hundred chapters more, I expect it will gain a lot more fans. Whatever it takes for that to happen, I hope it does. This story is very good and should not be judged by its name. I hope at some point everyone that is a fan of the Three Kingdoms is able to read this entertaining adaption.

    I'll be honest, if this post didn't come soon after this post http://www.pegasusfarts.com/2015/05/so-someone-tried-to-mt-lu-bu.html I would have been more sympathetic.

    But, the fact is you've a lot of real life problem that you need to solve, which I agree take precedent over translating, yet you get angry when someone else try to translate the same novel. You also take new project, which you probably will prefer no one touch too.

    At very least, you probably should reconsider about taking new project and focus on translating Lu Bu.

      Bro, I'm getting tired of all the same person posting multiple posts using anon. I'm taking that off. And answering your concern, there's a thick and fat line between someone trying to translate Lu Bu and someone flat on trying to use my translation with shitty edits.

      and NO. I do what I want to, maybe if you hire me as your personal translator then I would give some fuck about your selfish demands.

    HOWEVER, you are TAKING donations from people, so having nothing to show for that on promises is a huge issue of trust... tbh your more hurting yourself in the future since I mean $171 isn't chump change... just wanted to point out the obvious...
